This position responds to customer inquiries about Park equipment by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical & operational issues for customers, providing operation guidance to customers on their Park Equipment via telephone and/or email.
The Technical Support team processes part returns and orders which includes contacting customers, providing return labels, processing Park paperwork, getting parts to warehouse, or returned to vendor. Ensuring orders are completed to customer standards.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Experience and/or expertise in manufacturing environment preferred
- AutoCAD, AlphaCAM or MasterCAM Computer skills
- CNC machine operational background preferred.
